Over saw the acquisition, design, reconstruction, furnishing and landscaping of an1940’s Florida vernacular cottage and guesthouse, at the Sanderling Club in Sarasota Florida. The home was gently reimagined for contemporary use: pluming, HVAC, electric. walls and surfaces were restored and or reimagined. Landscaping including grading, irrigation, pool, driveway and service area were planed and executed.
