Renovation and Grounds of a 1920’s Georgian Estate
Over saw the acquisition, design, reconstruction, furnishing and landscaping of an1920’s Colonial revial estate on five acres in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The owners purchased the home, which sat uninhabited for more than two years, as a family retreat. The main house required water and sanitary repairs, electric service, plaster, paint, floor restoration roof repairs, heating and air conditioning, future acquisition design, grading, and landscaping. A cistern system for water designed and implemented. The house had great bones but needed complete updating.
